One thing have I desired
詩篇Psalm 27:4
4 有一件事，我曾求耶和華，我仍要尋求：就是一生一世住在耶和華的殿中，瞻仰他的榮美，在他的殿裡求問。
4 One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the [b]beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.

路加福音Luke 10:41-42
41 耶穌回答說：「馬大！馬大！你為許多的事思慮煩擾， 42 但是不可少的只有一件；馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福分，是不能奪去的。
41 And [l]Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. 42 But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.

25 他說：「他是個罪人不是，我不知道；有一件事我知道，從前我是眼瞎的，如今能看見了。
25 He answered and said, “Whether He is a sinner or not I do not know. One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see.”

腓立比書Philippians : 3:13-14
13 弟兄們，我不是以為自己已經得著了；我只有一件事，就是忘記背後，努力面前的， 14 向著標竿直跑，要得 神在基督耶穌裡從上面召我來得的獎賞。
13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have [d]apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

38 他們走路的時候，耶穌進了一個村莊。有一個女人，名叫馬大，接他到自己家裡。 39 她有一個妹子，名叫馬利亞，在耶穌腳前坐著聽他的道。 40 馬大伺候的事多，心裡忙亂，就進前來，說：「主啊，我的妹子留下我一個人伺候，你不在意嗎？請吩咐她來幫助我。」 41 耶穌回答說：「馬大！馬大！你為許多的事思慮煩擾， 42 但是不可少的只有一件；馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福分，是不能奪去的。
38 Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. 39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at [k]Jesus’ feet and heard His word. 40 But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.” 41 And [l]Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. 42 But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.

過了不多日，耶穌周遊各城各鄉傳道，宣講 神國的福音。和他同去的有十二個門徒， 2 還有被惡鬼所附、被疾病所累、已經治好的幾個婦女，內中有稱為抹大拉的馬利亞（曾有七個鬼從她身上趕出來）
Now it came to pass, afterward, that He went through every city and village, preaching and [a]bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with Him, 2 and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and [b]infirmities—Mary called Magdalene,
out of whom had come seven demons

37 And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil, 38 and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with the fragrant oil. 39 Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke to himself, saying, “This Man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman this is who is touching Him, for she is a sinner
Mary the mother of Jesus :

28 天使進去，對她說：「蒙大恩的女子，我問你安，主和你同在了！」 29 馬利亞因這話就很驚慌，又反覆思想這樣問安是甚麼意思。 30 天使對她說：「馬利亞，不要怕！你在 神面前已經蒙恩了。 31 你要懷孕生子，可以給他起名叫耶穌。 32 他要為大，稱為至高者的兒子；主 神要把他祖大衛的位給他。 33 他要作雅各家的王，直到永遠；他的國也沒有窮盡。」 34 馬利亞對天使說：「我沒有出嫁，怎麼有這事呢？」 35 天使回答說：「聖靈要臨到你身上，至高者的能力要蔭庇你，因此所要生的聖者必稱為 神的兒子（或譯：所要生的，必稱為聖，稱為 神的兒子）。 36 況且你的親戚伊利莎白，在年老的時候也懷了男胎，就是那素來稱為不生育的，現在有孕六個月了。 37 因為，出於 神的話，沒有一句不帶能力的。」 38 馬利亞說：「我是主的使女，情願照你的話成就在我身上。」天使就離開她去了。
28 And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; [e]blessed are you among women!”
29 But [f]when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. 30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I [g]do not know a man?” 35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. 36 Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren.
37 For with God nothing will be impossible.”38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.
